LEADERSHIP TEAM
Mike is an experienced aviation and operations executive with over 30 years across aviation, automotive, and transport sectors. His leadership spans aviation safety, private jet operations, business development, and multi‑site operational management.
Hangar 005 at Archerfield Airport is a recently refurbished, heritage-listed working aircraft hangar facility located just a short drive from the Brisbane CBD.
Surrounded by the sleekest of jets and privately owned aircraft, you and your guests will be flying high in this vast, well-lit, first-class function and entertainment space.
With its undeniable WOW factor, Hangar 005 blitzes the competition – and is ideal for large corporate events, product launches, fashion parades – or when you just need to impress.
The unique atmosphere in the Hangar gives the venue such an edge. The Hangar houses the Archerfield Jet Base FBO Facility and is well equipped with showers, bathrooms, kitchen facilities, boardroom, lounge, ample parking, security and, best of all, it’s only a short hop from the Brisbane CBD.
Since the Hangar’s launch mid 2016, the space has hosted events with Austral Jaguar, 222 Offshore Powerboat Race team, board meetings + other corporate functions.
